1. Satisfaction Guaranteed: We accept returns/exchanges for any product you are not satisfied with.2. 15-Day Window: Requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.3. Product Condition: To qualify, the bottle must have at least 90% of its content remaining.4. Processing Time: Requests are processed within 3–5 working days.5.Final Exchange: Products that have already been exchanged are not applicable for further refunds or exchanges.6.Shipping Fees: Delivery charges are non-refundable. For exchange orders, the customer is responsible for delivery costs.7.Damaged Goods: In the event of damage, leakage, or receiving the wrong product, we will bear all delivery charges.8.Tester Boxes: Sample Boxes are non-refundable, as they are intended solely for fragrance testing.9.High-Value Orders: Orders exceeding Rs. 8,000 are non-refundable and are eligible for exchange only.10.Exchange Value: Items can only be exchanged for products of equal or greater value
